What's the Plan?
Once you have decided to have a full evaluation and consultation with Dr. Blanchard, we start with the first visit:
The Initial Evaluation and Consultation.
Phase One:
The Initial Evaluation and Consultation Phase
Our first visit together will be for the purpose of gathering all the rele-vant history of your case. We will be sending you paperwork that you will be able to fill out online or mail and return to us. This information will include:

Your foods and liquid intake for two days,

General information: name, address, phone number(s), and health concerns and history,

Medications you are taking or have been taking recently
-
General health history: major illnesses, operations, accidents, and so forth

Dental history
-
Any other relevant information you want to provide, and
-
Symptom Survey form detailing what you are currently experiencing.
Once we get this information back from you, we will study it and then set up a phone appointment (first visit) with you to go over your case. This part of the evaluation will allow us to ask any additional questions that may help us to get further clarification about your current health status. This will also give you an opportunity to add any more information that will help us better understand your case.
Phase Two:
The Testing Phase
After the Evaluation and Consultation, with your permission, we will commence to test you remotely using Quantum Nutrition Testing to find out what the root causes may be that are contributing to your health problems.
This will include checking the healing system of your body called the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS). This will help us to determine whether your body can heal itself and if not, why not.
Then we will check all the areas of your body, including organs, glands, and other areas which may be experiencing adverse symptoms such as pain, tingling, or numbness, for example.
We will be testing for food sensitivities, immune challenges, mold, radiation, chemicals, metal toxins, emotional stress and much more.
After the cause(s) are revealed, we will be testing for the best safe, natural supplementation that will effectively address these underlying causes, including nutritional deficiencies.
Phase Three:
The Report of Findings & Recommendations Phase
After we get all your health-related information and the Quantum Nutrition Testing results, we will create a written Report of Findings to let you know what we found and our recommendations about a plan to start your healing process.
In the Report of Findings, we will also let you know up front what your investment will be in your quest for natural health improvement.
We will set a day and time with you to go over your Report of Findings and to answer any questions you may have.
The Report of Findings will be emailed to you about 2 hours before your appointment so you will have a chance to read it over before our discussion together.
After the Report of Findings phase is completed, and if there is agreement to proceed with your health improvement program, we will get the ball rolling that same day so you can start as soon as possible.
